Working on getting better gear at the moment by going with PUG'S to pretty much anything

My name is Chieljan im 21 years old and im from the Netherlands.
I have been playing Wow since 2004 with a break after TBC for about a year, started again when WOTLK came out and been playing with much fun ever since. I spend pretty much every night of the week playing for about 3 to 4 hours a day.

Why Vendetta?
The main reason is because 2 of my rl friends are in vendetta; Strixer and Manabeast. And since i've always enjoyed raiding with them and also love pvp'ing with them. Also because i like to raid new instances and keep progressing with the guild.

Previous Guilds
Nightswatch - (Kor'gall) been with them for about 2 years since 2004, left because the guild disbanded due to leadership issue's

Skild & Vrind - (Al'Akir) Mainly a dutch and belgian social guild, still with them now

Hello!

It seems that you have yet recently reached level 80. There are a few issues I feel important to point out. As I understand you're currently running heroics and I think that's great, because I would like to see atleast lvl 80 gear, not to mention to have it enchanted and gemmed properly according to your specc. If demonology isn't your planned raid specc then I would like you to use the talent calculator and link your possible raid spec. I'd also like to point out that anything but hit capped doesn't work for us in raids.

I'm looking forward to your progress and going to check it again in a while. Please whisper ingame if you have questions or would like to consult about anything. We're also currently giving people a chance to prove themselves beforehand in any heroics, if you would like to use that chance and succeed at it, your chances of being accepted will be higher

i'm not going to post a wall of text like Kalea did (/pat). But she's right, a link with your future spec would be very helpfull indeed.As for gear progress that's somthing that can be worked on and is not such a big of an issue (for me).

A good motivated person who is willing to spend some time both in his gear and guild is always welcome and appreciated. Therefore, thanks for the application and good luck with your gearing up!

Great RL friend, and great raider.

Ive raided with him for over a year, so he certainly doesn't lack raiding experience. I certainly vouche for him.

I did a little respec of my talents, Check the armory link if u wanna see
changed to affliction because of the ability to do more DPS on targets with more HP despite the lack of epic gear.

Would be nice to get some thoughts of other warlocks

I'm not the best at knowing Warlocks but i have one myself.
but there are two options to go as affli as I see atm. one is to spam SB while dots are up and refresh them over time. and that seems the way u are specced atm. but in that case I don't see any point in Imp.CoA since u have Malediction and you can have only one curse active per target.
The other thing is to go for Full affli with only dots and no SB (just Nightfall) but then i don't think u need to have Malediction and Imp. Drain Soul and Imp. Felhunter would be really helpful.
Udu or Kadly Correct me if I'm very wrong at my statements... but thats just my opinion.

Realy its more fun to farm heroics then deep aff / ruin becouse eveything dies to fast

And it is realy to hard to pull of prefectly.

Tho I was waiting for Affli spec since when u are Destro then we could use someone with malediction. It really helps to build up DPS for casters... i find this 3% extra to be crucial in the beginning but..

For 25mans yeah that's true
the ones that have weaker gear boost the ones who have mad EPIX.

But i am not sure witch will benefit the raid more the plus 3% extra dps for casters or a lock that rocks the e-peen meters.

nah going 41/30 is better, higher dps

Okay well, I haven't played a warlock since I raided Black Temple with it so I'm a little low on the current situation. As I see it, if we only have 1-2 warlocks in a raid, then I would definately prefer one of them to be affliction and as Udu is one, then I suppose a destruction warlock won't hurt either. The upside is, if you'd go desto now, you could focus on that when farming heroics. Depends on your wishes too I suppose.

Well I don't see a harm in giving it a shot. So a yes from me. I'm not sure who says the final word here, so wait for another officer to confirm it and then you can whisper ingame
